Join us for a Field-to-Vase Flower Arranging Class! In this hands-on workshop, you will learn about flower arranging while creating a beautiful bouquet to take home. We will guide you through the process of selecting the perfect blooms and arranging them in a stunning bouquet.
Make sure you wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty because we’ll be in the field cutting flowers to add to your bouquet. As we walk through the flower field you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the different varieties of flowers we grow here at C.F. Farms.
This is a perfect opportunity to spend quality time with a friend or come alone and make new friends while creating a lasting memory and making a beautiful bouquet!
There will be light snacks and drinks (mimosas) provided.
Field to Vase Bouquet Workshop
Duration: Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours
Tickets: Each person attending the class will need a ticket, so please be sure that your quantity at checkout equals the number of people attending. Your order confirmation email will act as your ticket.
Materials Provided: All necessary materials, including flowers, vases, and tools, will be provided. Additionally light snacks, water, and mimosas will also be served.
Special Note: Participants are welcome to bring their own special vases or containers to use in their bouquets.
Date/Time: Friday classes begin at 6 PM and Saturday Classes begin at 10 AM
(This event is rain or shine. In the event of rain, the field portion of the event will be limited or canceled and all flowers will be picked ahead of time.)
Do I have to come with someone?
Nope, you do not need to come with someone. You are more than welcome to come by yourself and meet some new friends!
What should I wear?
You need to wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty! We will be walking through the flower field and sometimes it's muddy! Pay attention to what the weather will be the day of the event. We will be both outside in the flower field and inside our design studio. Our design studio doesn’t have heat or air conditioning. You know your body best so wear something that is comfortable for you!
What happens in the event of rain?
This event is rain or shine. Depending on the rain the field portion of the event will be limited or canceled. If that’s the case, the flowers will be pre-picked from the field for your convenience. We will still have the opportunity to learn and talk about the different varieties of flowers we grow here at the farm, and of course, create some beautiful bouquets!
What is the schedule for the class?
The class will start in the design studio with introductions and going over the materials. We will then grab our snips and buckets to head out to the flower field to cut flowers for our bouquets. When we’re in the flower field we will go over the different varieties of flowers and when to pick them for the longest vase life. After we’ve picked our flowers we’ll head back to the design studio to make our bouquets. You will get to choose your vase or use a vase that you brought with you. As we finish our bouquets there will be light snacks, water, and mimosas.
Do I need to bring anything?
All materials that you will need for the class are provided, but please bring anything that you may need for personal reasons.
Will there be access to a bathroom?
You will have access to a small bathroom in the design studio.
Are there bees?
We do have honey bees on the farm. Their hives are NOT located near the flower field, but we share our flower field with a variety of bees and other pollinators.
